PREMIER International Consulting, Learning and Development Center (PREMIER) confirms that the following individuals have completed the Financial Literacy Program – OFW Series on the following dates with the following courses.
PREMIER has set specific criteria for providing Certificate of Completion for each program it develops. If a participant fails to comply, a Certificate of Participation would only be provided to the participant.
Viewing this means, the holder of the certificate has completed the course/program based on the parameters set by PREMIER.
